●AMD Ryzen 5 2600x 3.6 Ghz 6-core processor

●MSI- B450 gaming pro carbon AC AM4 ATX motherboard

●Corsair- Vengence LPX 16GB (2×8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

●Western Digital- Blue 500GB M.2- 2280 SSD

●MSI GeForce GTX 1060 gaming X 6 GB Video Card

*Update: as per suggestions, I changed the video card to a "MSI GeForce GTX 1660 6GB Gaming X Video Card"

Others:
LG GH24NSD1 CD/DVD writer
Corsair Mid tower ATX case.

If the main components are not compatible(for example: I'm not sure the B450 motherboard supports pinnacle ridge), please let me know. If they are compatible, I would like suggestions on the case, writer and power supply. Thank you in advance.

I'm just trying to make sure every particular component is good and doesnt pose any problems in the run.

How important is it to get a G-sync monitor? Will the system (with nvidia graphics card(gtx 1660)) work with a monitor that doesnt have G sync?

It can be quite important if you want to avoid screen tearing.

Without a G-SYNC monitor, you will need to enable vertical sync in your games in order to avoid screen tearing. That significantly lowers your average FPS.

G-SYNC does not lower your average FPS.

Personally, I love having a FreeSync monitor (i.e., AMD’s version of G-SYNC).

Is the AOC G2590FX 25" frameless gaming monitor(1080p,1ms,144Hz) G sync compatible with adaptive sync. Is this a good monitor in general and in respect to this particular configuration?

This is the updated list of the components I'm going to buy. I would like some suggestions or help deciding the case.

I will be on the lookout for the 3000 series CPUs, but I'd probably go with the 2600x, cause this is already pushing my budget.

Please address the concerns and opinions if any.
