Are these components compatible with this GPU?

Hello, im upgrading my pc and would like to know if these components go together. I am pretty sure they do go together, but just want to ask over because this is a lot of money for me.

Some guy said that the picked GPUs might throttle my CPU. If someone can please explain it to me then please, because i don´t really understand what he mean´t.

The CPU is outdated for sure. How much are you paying for it?

If you want to buy anything this generation, get a "k" cpu and overclock because it will be bottle neck in modern gaming.
Unless you are playing older games, the cpu is ok as for the gpu anything 750 ti - 950 - 1050 ti would do the trick.
Basically the computer will work and you can game at medium graphics and get generally 50-60 fps. But in modern gaming, you will suffer stuttering and frame drops.

Sorry, didn´t notice that the GPU websites were the main page. They are supposed to be zotac gtx 1050 ti and MSI VGA PCIE16 RX 560 4GB GDDR5. But 950 is also a good idea. I have the CPU already, i have it on my old computer like some other parts. The parts i really need to upgrade are the case, PSU and GPU. And the game i want to play the most is Rust, so i think it should be OK with this CPU and don´t need to upgrade that.

Well, i already have the RAM, storage, motherboard, CPU and the cooler for it. Also have the PSU, GPU and case, but these are the things i want to upgrade the most. I have very small case and PSU and i dont want to do anything with Low Profile GPUs anymore. That´s why i want to upgrade The CASE, GPU and PSU. The budget is around 200 or 250 euros for these items.
Right now i´m using Lenovo thinkcentre m91p desktop with upgraded GPU (GT 730 LP 1GB) and upgraded 4gb ram.
i´m from Estonia and the main website i watch for PC parts is Arvutitark.ee
