Are these components compatible?

(gpu)MSI GTX750TI TWIN FROZR IV OC 2GB DDR5 128BIT and (MoBo) ASUS B85M-G because it said "maximum shared memory of 1024mb." but the GPU I picked is 2gb. Will that make any difference or not?

and will my MoBo and GPU fit in my case. my case is RAIDMAX SUPER ALTAS BLACK USB3.0. Thank you in advance

it should be just fine, the mobo is referring to the shared memory if you were to use onboard graphics, which you are not.
