CPU-AMD Athlon II(3.40Ghz)

GPU-GTX 770 4GB Phantom,Gainward

MOB-MSI A88XM-E35,FM2+,D3,S3,U3

RAM-Crucial DDR3 8GB 1600MHz, Original retail

PSU-Corsair VS Series, 550 Watt

HDD-Toshiba, 1TB, 7200rpm,

Don't suggest any proccesor that will go higer than 300 $.I'm on a budget here okay an i want to get real good preformance like min. 50 fps on ultra...And will the CPU bottleneck the GPU?

Solution
i5-4670k
msi- z87 gd-45 motherboard
2gb gtx 770 (really doesnt matter which one just go for the cheapest)
2x4gb stick of pretty much any 1333mhz ram or faster
WD 1tb Green hard drive
(an ssd if you so choose, but this is optional)
corsair CX 600watt psu
Operating system

if you do your shopping right, your parts should JUST fall within your budget. if they don't, switch from the intel cpu and motherboard to any am3+ (990fx) motherboard and an amd fx 8320 cpu
cpu not so much, also only get a 2gb 770, as a 4gb is in no way faster unless you are going to eventually run sli across multiple screens.

i would suggest something like a 8320 (well under $200 and a decent AM3+ motherboard to go with it. as it stands now, that cpu will heavily bottleneck that gpu

Okay so the CPU will bottleneck the GPU?What abou the other components?

In my store they are out of stock on the 2 gig version. They only have a GTX 760 2gb version by MSI

get 2 sticks of 4gb ram if you must have 8gb, allowing you to run in dual channel mode

the psu is pretty flimsy, and you may want to think about something slightly higher quality for running a card like the 770. Wattage isn't everything when it comes to power supplies.
