I am planning to build a PC. The Components i am using are:-

MSI 970a G43
AMD-FX 8320
Sapphire AMD R7 265 (2 GB)
G.skill RipJawsX F3 1600C9S 8 GB RAM
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Corsair VS450
Cooler Master Hyper TX3

Please tell me will these components gel with each other perfectly or do i need to make some changes????

You have a decent CPU paired with a weak GPU there. I would shave a hair off the CPU side and put it into the GPU. An FX 6300 + R9 270 would be a more balanced mix and actually works well together without any major CPU or GPU bottlenecks.

For example...here's an FX 6300/6350 with an HD 7950/R9 280

Best part of those videos: Valley and GW2 don't use all CPU cores as well as newer games like Witcher and Fallout 4. AND there's the extra CPU load while capturing video with MSI AB to consider. So those example vids are a worst case scenario. Most games run as well or better than the examples I provided.
