Are these computer parts compatible?

I am building a very cheap £200 family PC, this is my first time building a computer, and I have limited knowledge. could someone just check if all the following parts are compatible? if you were wandering, I already have a hard-drive.

is the processor a GPU and a CPU?

It's an APU so a CPU with integrated graphics.

Yes they are all compatible and yes CPU you picked is APU so CPU with IGPU(integrated graphics), what about HDD do you already have it

And if i am not wrong the parts you picked go over £200

I am Ordering from Newegg.com and I can get everything for about £210!

Does that include VAT, duty and shipping cost? It will probably cost more than that.
