Question Are these CPU pins scratched?

There are 3 or 4 CPU pins that looks like scratched. Are they scratched? If they're, could they cause a problem?

I can see the discoloration but not "scratches" per se.

Overall, I would expect that to not [ Late self-edit to correct the missing "not"] be a problem provided the pins are not bent, cracked, loose, etc..

So they're not scratched and their color just got off a little bit?

Looks to me like they have a contamination of thermal compound.

I've tried to get it off but it doesn't seem like a thermal compound
