Question Are these CPU temp spikes normal?

My specs are

ASROCK B450M-HDV
Ryzen 5 1600
Team Vulcan 8gb 2400 x1
Inno3d GTX 1060 3gb x2 fans
Cooler master 212 LED Turbo

I had just upgraded from the stock cooler to the Cooler master CPU fan and was wondering if these temp spikes were normal.

Completely normal, those are hardly spikes, thats normal variations caused by background processes running and stuff like that.

It does very similar on my 1700, at idle or light loads, on a CM 240mm liquid cooler. I think it's an artifact of the core temp algorithm used.
