Are these Cyberpower specs for a Gaming Desktop good?

I recently trashed my old computer and am looking for a computer within a $1200 budget at the moment. I've been customizing a computer that can run modern games at about 40-60 fps on ultra settings. Costing $1198, i came up with these specs, are they decent? Am i overlooking some hardware that's conflicting? etc, much help is appreciated, thanks!

It's a powerful setup. But you can look to another option for the card. The GTX 560ti is a good card, is there another card that you can upgrade?

Well, from looking at all of that the only weak link is the GPU. Currently the newer generation cards are much better such as the 7850. But, that is my opinion. You can always upgrade your card later.

I suppose i could, but i cant afford the higher end cards anyway. I've been hearing bad reviews about CyberPowerpc... should i stick to trying to make a new computer again or just order from them and hope for the best?

If anything goes wrong, you can always RMA it.

If its for gaming only this build is better http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/overclock-radeon-hd-7970-core-i5,3210.html but you need to put it together yourself or try matching the spec on cyberpower, if you can afford it keep the CPU you chose and get a GTX 670 for the GPU.

are you planning to SLI? if not there's no point to get 800W PSU.

oh and if you can don't pay for mcafee, there are better alternatives out there.
