I just did a clean install of W7 on my PC after some struggle...
I went into disk managemet to merge the unallocted partition.
But first I noticed that disk volume (no name) status is "System, Active & Primary Partition", while the disk volume "System Reserved" is only "Primary Partition".
Should it not be the opposite? That's at least how it is on the laptop I'm using right now (other one is stationary PC).

Every time I boot the PC it says that disk E: needs to be checked for consistency, and when I let it, it says "autocheck cannot run due to a recently installed software". But it's a clean install, no softwares. Maybe it's correlated.

Thanks in advance, and also apologies if this is wrong forum

On Disk 0, remove the drive letter E from that partition.
It does not need, nor should have, a drive letter.

Other than that, all looks OK.

Just to test:
Power OFF
Disconnect Disk 1 (the 3TB)
Power UP

Does it boot correctly?
If so, no problems.

I found a solution from here back in 2010. Comment which helped me. Basically need to error check the drive and it will fix automatically, just have to choose dismount when prompted.
