are these fans enough to cool pc or not?

i have a case that has 2 intake slots and 2 exhaust slots and 2 above the psu cover at the bottom.
each slot already has 120mm fans, Deepcool XFan 120 Reds at 1300 +10% RPM
i checked with HW Monitor
processor is at 50 Degrees Celsius
Psu is at 37 Degrees Celsius
Hard Drive is at 40 Degrees Celsius
GPU is at 47 Degree Celsius

i place the pc at the table beside covered windows.
i live in the Philippines and normal temp. cause its may now. about 38 Degrees
sometimes i turn on the air-con yet the temps doesn't change or cool down

when i removed the clear acrylic panel of the pc
i felt that the 2 intake fans werent pushing far enough to go to the exhaust fans since my case is a mid tower.

this picture is similar to mine though i had placed 2 120mm fans above the psu which is at the bottom

Are those temps at idle? Yeah they are pretty high but with an ambient temp of 38 deg C I guess you won't be able to do much better.

You won't need to actually "feel" the air moving all the way through your case. The main thing is that air is moving through the case. The intake fans add positive pressure and the exhaust fans provide suction. If you put the side panel back on, the temps may actually improve since you'll have this pressure system set up. But overall it seems like the setup is pretty good.

i have a deepcool ice blade that i removed and placed a couple times, maybe i i think i should refresh the thermal paste
specs:
ASUS P5S MX SE
Intel pentium e2160
nvidia geforce 8400gs with heatsink
i think i should put a DeepCool V40 on the gpu since it only has a heatsink
