They are - you have a negative pressure in the cabinet which is fine. Now get to work cleaning that case son!!! 😀
A bit of cable management (routing and stripping down) wouldn't hurt the airflow either.
I just cleaned the whole cabinet and the components today. The cabinet is quiet old and that's the reason it looks dirty in the photo. So the air flow is perfect ?
As good as it gets in that cabinet yeah. You could place an intake fan in the front, but it wouldn't make a huge difference, since air exhaust is limited to 1 casefan and the PSU.

Thanks for responding. I have another doubt. While playing game it randomly shuts down automatically or restarts automatically. The temperature seems to be normal so no overheating issues. Could it be the PSU problem ? Sometimes a solid screen comes and the screen flickers. Check out the video under. I will list the detailed info under.
This problem has been occurring for more than a year now. Since the problem started i have slowly replaced the components in my computer such as motherboard,CPU,gpu and hardisk. Yet i still get this problem. This time i doubt the PSU. I need some assistance solving this issue. Sometimes it freezes frequently and im unable to solve this issue. I will list the BSOD details and my rig below.
System Rig:
Gigabyte 78LM-USB3.0
AMD FX 8350
HD Radeon 6870
Corsair CX 430 PSU
8GB of RAM(1x4gb and 2x2gb)
1 TB Toshiba Hardisk
Windows 8.1(Use to get this problem when i was using Win7 also)
Did Memtest and found no errors, so no problem with the RAMS. Could it be PSU ? Is it because my GPU needs more than this PSU (CX430) ?
