Are these gaming PC specs good?

I want to get a gaming PC for christmas to be able to run games such as Minecraft, Rainbow Six Siege, Maybe GTA and Payday 2.
I was wondering whether these specs are good enough for those games.

So I am asking you computer guru's to help me. Please tell me if their is anything that could be changed, thanks.
