Are These Good CPU Temperatures?

I'd like to know if these temps are normal with the stock cooler. Thermal Margin on AMD Overdrive - Idle: 50-60C / Stress Testing: 23C. Now for BIOS/HWMonitor - Idle: 60 - 70C / Stress Testing - 97C. Are these temps okay with the stock cooler or should I upgrade to an aftermarket cooler?

CPU: A10-7850K 3.7 GHz
CPU Cooler: Stock
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 2x4GB DDR3 2133 MHz
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H
