Are these good fans for a H100i?

I'm a TOTAL noob when it comes to cooling for overclocking. I think I want to get a h100i to cool my cpu, but are these cougar fans any good? They have great reviews.

The LED isn't neccesary, but it will be a nice touch. Also, on a 240mm rad with 2 fans, do they go on the top or bottom?

Eh its not a well known brand. I would go with two noctua pwm fans, they are the best but pricey. It is matter of opinion whether you want push or pull (top or bottom) look up some yt vids to research that.

Well, Alot of people say they really like them, and the reviews are good. Is there anything like wrong in their specs that would not make them good for a radiator?

They would be good for a case fan but you want high static pressure for water coolers. Trust me and if you can get the noctuas they are quiet and amazing!!

And the cougars won't push a lot of air due to the low rpm
