are these good for asus strix gtx 970 4gb?

i want to put asus strix gtx 970 4gb on my mother board with these things, will that do.....

motherboad: h81-plus asus
cpu: i5-4460
psu: 430w with 6+2 socket
ram: 16 gb DDR3
please help me guys with this

You will likely need a new PSU, unless thats a really good quality model.

if you want to overclock then 550w is a good idea
