Chasis: AVF Casing with 500W PSU
GPU: Sapphire R7 250 1GB DDR5
Are these good for gaming for like lol,
Dota, starcraft II and fallout 4?

If getting the r7 250 why not buy the a10 apu and utilize dual graphics since you can with thay apu and card, as the 250 and 240 are the only ones compatible

Also you won't be able to fallout 4 with 1GB dedicated, I reccomened at least 3gb+ vram
