"Generic 600w" PSU isn't good for Minesweeper, let alone GTA V. Before worrying about what you can run, ensure the system won't spontaneously combust into a infernal death trap and upgrade you PSU. You will be able to run GTA V though i doubt that set up will hit the mark for high settings; Aulthough, maybe the lower Resolution will compensate for it.

Most of us here are concerned when we see cheaply made poor power supplies. It's not always just one thing, its a combination of things that make them bad usually.

That said, whether it's a low power GPU or not, most of us err on the side of caution.

You don't have a system that is capable of playing high settings unless you are using low resolution. You have a great GPU for the price, and a poor CPU.
