16c looks pretty cool to me. My i5 3570k is hotter hovering between 31 - 35C...I need to work on my case cooling. Your CPU fan is running pretty fast though, hope it's not annoyingly loud at 4623rpm.

Very good reason for that, which I did not mention. That is my water block, this is the standard RPM of water cooler.
