Are these good idle temps for this cooler?

Hi everyone, I recently installed a new cooler, the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo and according to Core Temp my idle temps are 30*. For some reason after my stress test on prime 95 the temps were 25* but went back up to 30* after half an hour? Can anyone explain why?

So under load (Tomb Raider Max settings) I get 50*. How is that for my cooler? I use MX-4 Arctic Silver Thermal paste and I'm pretty sure I used too much (I put about a pea sized blob but had to remove cooler and re screw it because of bracket problems).

How are these temps?

But my idle temp is not 26* its 30* D:

these where made with a room temp of 14 c check your room temp and the speed of the fan .

Well here in England it's 12C outside, but my window is closed. So inside I'd say it's about 20C maybe more. With my window open my CPU is about 32C idle.

600 RPM speed of my fan.

they have 1250 rpm for the fan speed so it think you temp are ok .
