BTW, $35 is decent price for DDR4 16GB RAM.

Good enough for their price. By "Good" i don't mean their quality, there are very few manufacturers of actual chips, the rest are just packaging them and maybe stick own coolers on them.
By "Good" I mean it's characteristics which with 3200MHz and Cl 16 places them in mid range class.

But I guess if it works and you have no problems with it then it is good ram

If it was call BestRam lol now that could be debatable.

A company could use the name branding with a range of their RAM

GoodRam (JEDEC)
BetterRam (better timings)
BestRam (enthusiast Range)
BetterThanBestRam (extreme over clockers range)

why not? it's just a name, if the product performs as it should Just don't buy their CrapRam range and your probs good to go lol
