Are these good temperatures?

I had just run some temperature tests on my new build. I have an intel stock cooler and I want to overclock but I don't know anything about temperatures, However I have looked on the internet at some but they don't give me any idea. I have an i7 4770k with stock cooler and these are the temperatures I am getting:
Idle: average 22-25 degrees celsius
prime 95 full stress test: 65 degrees Celsius.

And are these good temps if I want to overclock, thanks!

Those temps are very good for a stock cooler. However, you should always have an after market cooler for any overclocking. Lower is always better. I personally don't like my processors temps to get above 60C even though CPUs can tolerate much higher temps.

I have my window open, it always is, It 8 degrees outside and around 15 in my room, I don't like it hotter than that.

And of course, I am getting a corsair h80i if it's recomended.

If you have your heart set on an all-in-one closed loop liquid cooler (AIO, CLC), I would get at least an H100i and even possibly the H110. Haswells are very hot CPUs and require a very good cooling solution, IF you're into serious overclocking.

Here is a very good review which makes a strong case for the H100i if you want a AIO CLC, or the Noctua NH D14 if you would like excellent performance from an air cooler that is quieter and costs lees than the H100i: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/h100i-elc240-seidon-240m-lq320,3380-12.html
