Are these good temps for an intel i5 4460 ?

So I've recently brought an i5 4460 and I got gifted from a friend the cooler master seidon 120v and these are my idle temps and stress tests using real temp and prime95

Idle:

Load:

Can anyone tell me are these good temps and is it worth lowering the voltage of the CPU to get lower temperatures?

That looks about right. I used to have the same cpu and cooler(although I replaced the stock fan with a pair of Gentle Typhoons), and my load temps were around 50. Lowering the voltage might shave off a few degrees, but load temps under 60 are just fine.

Here's the normal operating range for Core temperature:

80C Hot (100% Load)
75C Warm
70C Warm (Heavy Load)
60C Norm
50C Norm (Medium Load)
40C Norm
30C Cool (Idle)

Core temperatures in the mid 70's are safe.
