Those temps look good to me.
Might give
this program a try.
Idle temps of 30 ish degree's and load temps of 60 ish degree's are about right for an i5
Your good for anything up into the 70's. Higher than that though and id recommend getting some better after-market cooling in.
Its practically criminal NOT to Over-Clock the i5-2500k
