Are these good temps for my i7-7700K Kaby Lake (OC 4.8Ghz)

When I first installed the CPU and water cooler with stock thermal paste included with water cooler,
I ran AIDA64 for 20 minutes and got the highest temp of 69C, I just applied some new thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5) and ran AIDA64 again and now i'm getting a max temp of 64C is this a good temp for 100% load?

That's pretty good for a 7700K, most get hotter than that regardless of the cooler unless they've been delidded
