Are these great temperatures?

So, I'm running OCCT with AMD FX 6300, it's at 100% cpu usage 0.3% overclocked and it's temperature is steady at 49C (Idle, the temperature is about 30C). It's about 20 minuets into the stress test, is this a good temperature for my cpu under load? This is my first build, I just want to be safe with it.
