[SOLVED] Are these i3 Gen 8 CPUs compatible with this motherboard? Series 300??

The i3 processors say Gen 8 on the box, but also say

Here's one processor "Intel Core i3-8100 Coffee Lake Quad-Core 3.6 GHz LGA 1151 (300 Series) 65W BX80684I38100 Desktop Processor Intel UHD Graphics 630"

So, motherboard says 8th Gen core processors, Processor says Gen 8 on the box BUT says compatible with intel 300 series motherboards only. >>> Will this processor work with this motherboard?

Short answer - yes it will work.

Long answer - 300 series consist of B360, H370, H310, Q370, Z390, Z370 chipset boards.
All of them will work with any 8th gen Intel CPU.
