Solution
they are. however a few tweaks:
- your mainboard only supports 2400MHz RAM.
For 125€ your RAM is most likely faster than 2400MHz
- your PSU has too many watts (not a problem) but too little quality. a 550W PSU is more than enough, look for a quality PSU. This List isn't perfect, but anything in Tier 1+2 is what you should be aiming for. some Tier 3 units are sufficient if budget is running low (namely the Seasonic/XFX/EVGA/Antec HCG & grey Corsair CXM)

if you're willing to rebuild completely, I'd suggest going with AMD. I'm not a fan of i5s in 2017 due to their limited thread count.
here's a suggestion. I figure you're from NL? you should be able to find the parts for around the same price as your suggested build above...

personally I find a 1TB SSD excessive and would downsize to a 500GB SSD + a 1TB HDD for general storage, but that's up to you, depending on your priorities.

Thanks! Good guess, I am from NL. I will use the components in the list above to build the pc!

well it's just some pcpartpicker to show what you can get for the same money
some parts would need to be adjusted due to your local availability and pricing
