Are these modifications to a prior gaming PC build fine?

Options i have for motherboard: Part1Part2

The suggested motherboards (MSI Z97-GD65, GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD5H, ASUS Z97-PRO) all dont ship to Singapore and the local shop doesn't have them either. So i replaced it with the ASRock Z97 Extreme4 since the local shop has it but i really don't know what effect this will have on the build (Original build was from Logical Increments).

The RAM options i had were: [RAM options] (http://imgur.com/CTgfZCd&Rh2kGvb&4yJECBC&dmbfYBT#1)
Also replaced the Ares 8gb (Since it doesnt ship either) with Corsair 8gb 1866mhz kit.

Will these 2 replacements have any significant impact on the build?
Thanks!

In my opinion a full tower case might be over doing it, but that's not really a problem. It's really up to you. I only suggest using something cheaper so that you can accommodate and HDD as well. 256GB is quite less for an entire rig, especially considering modern games go up to 20-30 gigs.

Thanks for the heads up! Sorry, im a newb at pc building. By full tower case, u mean an ATX case? If i use a micro ATX case, would that limit my upgrading options in the future? The HDD isnt an issue though, i'll use a 500gb hdd from my old pc and save for a 2tb hdd eventually.

By not full tower I mean you could look out for a good mid tower case.
Umm...I'm not sure you understand the term ATX completely. ATX is actually a form factor for your motherboard. Considering you're motherboard (the ASRock Z97 Extreme4) is an ATX board, a micro ATX case wouldn't even be compatible with you're motherboard. The only real choices you actually have for your case sizes are ATX Full Tower and ATX Mid Tower. I suggest you get a mid tower.
Also what do you mean by upgrading?

EDIT: That said if you don't have any budget problems by all means get the full tower! 😛 They usually look way cooler anyway 😛
