Are these normal/acceptable temps?

Just played AC: Origins and Witcher 3 to test out the temperature on my CPU, I just changed the Thermal Paste, I used Deep Cool Z9. My CPU is an i7-4790K, it's being cooled by a Corsair H80i, I also just cleaned the fan and radiator.

80 C is starting to get hot, still in safe zone by a large margin. Best to be under 70 while on load, and 85 as top temp.

Starting to get hot, so it's basically on the borderline? I think this was on AC: Origins, if I'm not mistaken, on Witcher 3, the max is 79(Not really that much of a difference, I just thought I'd bring it up.)

What could I do to reduce this? Apply a better thermal Compound? I can't think of anything else that could be causing it to get hot. I'm also living in a tropical country(Philippines), it gets pretty hot sometimes, like 34-40*C during the day(Basing on the cars temperature reading, however reliable that actually is). But, searching online, it usually says it's about 24-28 at night(Which is the time I usually use the PC).
