Are these normal ping results?

So, I've been experiencing a problem in which I'm disconnecting from game servers and nothing else. I haven't been able to get help and to resolve it. I've noticed that there's always a lot of jitter on the forth hop, no matter where I route to. I always end up going through this one server, which appears to belong to my ISP (Verizon.) Every other server I've continuously pinged has produced maybe 1 ms of jitter. Also, this hop has a slower response time by about 10-15 ms than hops directly after that. I assume this server's in Philadelphia, by the name, and that's less than 200 miles away from my house.

So, is this normal? If not, what does it mean and what can I do about it?

Hi there,

Contact your ISP about the issue, there must be some interference or high load in your area causing your data transfer to be lost in transit.

Jitter is where when data is travelling along the line it is interfered by either electrical signals or other computers, think of it like an intersection and all of the cars are crashing into each other...
Which address are you pingng exactly? Your dns server?
