Yes. Will work, the problem is that having only 4gb is going to severely cripple the pc.
You need 8gb at least. Unfortunately RAM has been crazy high in price for the past year.

if this is going to be a gaming PC then you will need at least 8GB of ram. most games require more then 4GB at minimum now
