Are these operating temperatures safe?

(I hope this is the correct forum category to ask this in)

Hello. I've just completed my new build, and because I'm new to PC building I decided to test and monitor everything to see if it's working properly. This is the build:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 (non-overclocked)
Video Card: Asus EX GTX1050 2gb
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard: Asus Prime B350-Plus
Case: CoolerMaster K350

Currently, I have only 1 intake case fan, from the front of the case. I'm using the stock Wraith Spire CPU cooler for the CPU. After stress-testing the CPU and GPU for around 10-15 minutes each, these are the temperatures:

CPU: 70 (Celsius) using Prime95(Blend preset)
GPU: 73 (Celsius) using FurMark(1080 preset)

Are these temperatures safe?
And if not, could someone tell me if it's better to install another intake on the side or the bottom of my case?

Solution

You need to run both test at the same time and check the temps then that way their both putting off heat.

Thanks for replying
Yes, for the time tested. Should I test for longer periods of time to see if it increases?

Oh, didn't realize that. I guess it makes more sense. Here are the temps while running both at the same time.

CPU: 70 (Celsius)
GPU: 74 (Celsius)

No difference from before, but i'm posting just in case.
