are these overlcocked i5-3570k temperatures good?

Those are a tad high, I havent been able to break 60c with 4.2 on my 3570k(Update, I am using the hyper 212 evo). What sort of thermal compound are you using? And what is your case airflow like?

I have 7 fans in total 2 of those being attached to the 212 evo, so the airflow is very good. I am using arctic mx-4 thermal compound. Maybe i'l have to have another go at re-applying the compound.

75 degrees in a stress test is not high IMHO. Remember all chips are not created equal. 75 is fine, and given you'll be well below they with normal usage (i.e. not synthetic testing). In my opinion, you're absolutely fine.
