You need a PSU. also the cpu comes with thermal paste and seeing as you are not OCing you wont need a aftermarket cooler. also you dont need a z87 mobo. its for overclocking. just get a h series.

Any suggestions for a semi-modular PSU that I can use for SLI later down the road? What requirements does it need to fit my case?

also if you are running 1 monitor dont get the 4gb version. it wont help. right now ive been recommending this to people. it top quality and the best priced in its class right now.
