Are these parts compatible with this motherboard?

Solution
Hello,

So you already have the Sabertooth motherboard? All components will fit OK, you may need to add an aftermarket CPU cooler if doing heavy-duty CPU processing (video rendering, engineering, etc.). If you want to game on this rig, at least an R7-260X / GTX750Ti is recommended.
Are you buying all new rig? Better go with intel. Fe 4690k with Z97 mobo. Would cost you a bit more but intel haswell seriously mobbs the floor with amd fx piledriver. Single thread performance and efficience intel is a different leage...

if budget is really an issue you could consider cheaper i5 or fx... also depending on what you will use it for...

There is no liason between the memory used in a motherboard and the memory used in a GPU, except using the same DDR standard. You can use any GPU (DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, DDR5) in any motherboard (DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR4). Nowadays, GPUs employing DDR3 memory are the lowest-end ones, with barely any graphics power for gaming.

As I was saying, you can go for an AMD R7-260X card or an NVidia GTX750Ti card, both will give you acceptable framerate in 1080p resolution (1920x1080). For the upcoming games, be ready to step up at least to an R9-280 or GTX960 for the same 1080p resolution.
