The motherboard is an FM2 socket , but your processor only runs in an AM3+ motherboard
Motherboards with a 970 or 990 series chipset are fully AM3+ compliant
Asrock 970 Extreme3 is often a good choice for budget builders

You also need to check your RAM is rated for 1.5 volts or less


PSU is a higher wattage than you need . The 550 watt would be fine
