Yes, it is compatible, but the CPU will bottleneck the GPU, as the 780Ti is the best single gpu card right now while AMD processors are still somewhat behind.
Yes, but you are just being totally ignorant to parts. YOU DO NOT NEED A GTX 780TI!!! Your CPU is going to horrible bottleneck your GPU. You will be better off with an i5-4670k and a GTX 770. Get something like a MSi GD-45 motherboard and switch to a better case like one from fractal design or Corsair.
 


I have bought the parts, but not the gpu, yet. Is a gtx 780 ti compatible with a gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI motherboard? Please help ASAP
