Okay I have a low budget of 200$ that's 2,000 in my country, are these parts compatible:

The onboard graphics of the A8-7600 is better than the GT 610.

Agreed, the 610 is in fact worse then the onboard graphics. 630/730 would be about equal, 740 would be better, 750 would be good enough to be worth the cost.

Also, the cx430 is not a very good power supply. It will be fine for your A8 or even A8 + 750ti, but anything more power demanding will cause that PSU to fail in a few months.
