Are these parts compatible

Unless you live in the desert or Australia there is no reason to get a water cooler for that CPU since its a non-k version, meaning it's non overclockable. Using a fan cooler, or even just the stock cooler in some situations, is plenty to keep the CPU temperature in safe margins. Also, watercooling has a bigger hazard of blowing up and ruining an entire build so fan coolers are just safer in general. If it's about looking fancy, however, then I can't stop you there.
