Question Are these parts compatible?

I'm trying to upgrade my CPU, (I currently have an AMD Vishera and it just isn't cutting it), and I'm trying to get the Intel Core i-7 8700k. But I have a GTX 1060 Nvidia card and my motherboard is a Gigabyte AMD AM3+. I wanted to know if the motherboard I have now is compatible.

If it isn't compatible I was wondering if the GIGABYTE B360M DS3H is compatible with the Intel Core processor and the GTX 1060 card, if not what upgrades do I have to make?

I have 32 GB ram at the moment.

No Intel processor will ever work (or even fit) in an AMD socket motherboard. The CPU Support List for the B360M DS3H does include the Intel Core I7-8700K and the GTX 1060 is going to be compatible.

As for the RAM, unless your current motherboard supports DDR4 RAM, it won't be compatible.

To upgrade into a i7 8700k you need a new motherboard and DDR4 ram.
The Gigabyte board you mentioned would work with it but i wouldn't recommend such a low end board for such a high end cpu.
You might also want consider the i7 9700k and AMDs 3rd gen Ryzen cpus like the 3600.

Or 2nd gen Ryzen they’re dirt cheap now
