Question Are these parts compatible?

I'm in the process of making my first (€600) pc, and I'm not too sure if some components fit/work with each other. For example; the PSU I chose is ATX size but the case is micro-ATX.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 4100
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 6400 Aero ITX 4G
MOBO: Gigabyte B550M DS3H
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3200C16
SSD: Samsung 980 500GB
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 11 400W
CASE: Thermaltake Versa H18

It would be really helpful if someone could tell. (Suggestions for components are welcome too.)

These parts are compatible. Your chosen components should fit/work with each other without issue.

More specifically,
The PSU's length is 150 mm.
The case supports up to 220mm PSU length, so no worries there.

Do you have any other concerns?

Everything fits and should work. The only things that might be worth while in terms of changes would be the Ryzen 5 4500 instead of the Ryzen 3 4100. You get 6c/12t with the Ryzen 5 instead of the 4c/8t with the Ryzen 3. Getting a slightly different motherboard also isn't a bad idea. The DS3H is an OK budget board but if the MSI B550M Pro-VDH is available it is better. https://www.tomshardware.com/features/cheap-AMD-b550-motherboards-tested
