All very good. Apart from the "Be Quiet!" brand - I may be mistaken but that just screams dodgy to me. I guess because of that I'd go for the top one, but it depends on the prices of all three.

Personally, I am not a fan of micro ATX mobos or in general micro ATX builds.
But is is only about personal preferences.
In general, I would simply pick the cheapest of those builds.

BeQuite! PSU is not bad but just not on my list. I would prefer Seasonic, XFX, Antec, etc.
