[SOLVED] Are these pc parts all compatible?

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600AF
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M A/CSM
RAM: Patriot Viper 4 Blackout 2 x 8 3000Mhz
Storage: Kingston SSD 480 GB
GPU: Asus Strix Rx 570 4 GB
Case: Cooler Master Q300L
PSU: EVGA BQ Semi Modular 500W

I was wondering if these parts were compatible. I have all these parts except for the power supply because I returned the first one I bought because my pc wouldn't boot and I think its the psu because I did cheap out a little bit. If you're wondering the psu I had was a thermaltake smart 430W that I got for like $38.

When I turn on my pc the gpu fans would stop spinning after 20 seconds of spinning. I'm thinking maybe it's because the psu stopped giving it power or something like that. If my pc still doesn't post what would you recommend to do?

Any debug LEDs on the board?

Try removing both ram sticks and inserting one back in.

I tried putting the ram in different spots and using just one and stuff like that. I don't know if there are any on the board, I'm very new to pc building as this is my first pc build.
