So I bought a prebuilt computer this month. An ASUS M32BF. I want to install a GTX 750Ti SC 2GB. But I found out my PSU only puts out 286.4 watts. NVidia says the card needs 300 watt minimum. So I have decided I will get another power supply. I have looked around on Newegg and found quite a few power supplies that look like the one that is in my system.

I want to know some opinions on them. I want a 350 watt or more. I want to make sure everything is working well and gets the power it needs. No junk brands in my list. Only SeaSonics and Antecs. Many of them have good review scores as well.

So here is the list.

Antec EarthWatts Green 380 Watt

Antec K61916W 350 Watt

SeaSonic SS-350SFE 350W SFX12V V3.1 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - OEM

SeaSonic SS-400ES Bronze 400W ATX12V v2.31 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Antec Basiq BP430 430W Continuous Power ATX12V Version 2.2 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Intel Haswell Fully Compatible

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...RONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply - OEM

Antec Basiq BP350 350W ATX12V v2.01 Power Supply - Intel Haswell Fully Compatible

I am leaning towards the EarthWatts at the top.

I plan to get the EVGA SC model that doesn't need to be connected to the PSU. The one that gets power from the slot.

Thats the same 750 Ti I have. I use an Antec Earthwatts PSU and it is rock solid and quiet.

I was going to get a R9 270X but changed my mind. My case isn't that big. I mean it can fit but will be tight. The 750Ti is said to be cooler and so on as well.

I think that is a little over kill for a card that is said to run on low amounts of power. Also the problem is my PSU blows exhaust out the back. That PSU looks like it was meant to blow it out of the top of the case. My case top is solid.

So the 380 Watt PSU would work well with the card then? I might go for the 400 watt SeaSonic though just to be safe.
