Question Are these Ryzen 7 7800x3d temps with Noctua NH-D15 temps normal?

I have recent built a new computer yet im not quite pleased with the temps.
I have a noctua NH-D15 cooler with 2 fans yet my peak after a 5 minute run of Cinebench R23 is 86 celcius. Mind you this is also with the side panel off
My previous cpu was a Ryzen 7 3700x with a stock cooler but the temps were never this high

AMD's 7000 3D chips are designed to run warmer than their non-3D counterparts. AMD sets its max temperature at around 105 degrees celsius, so your current temps are comfortable. Don't forget that CPU stress tests tell the CPU to use all its available resources, but when running actual games the usage will be much lower.

be careful that X3D Cpus max operating temps are 89c.
You can limit that in bios or use PBO Enhancement profile to Profile 80 level 3 for example! I hope your mobo's bios have that option.

seems high on my 7800x3d its like 32c when it starts to warm up it goes to like 53 then my fans on my lian li AIO kick up and it drops it back down
