Are These Safe Temperatures?

At Idle my CPU is usually just below 40 degrees and when using the Prime95 (Blend) stress test it goes up to about 75-78 and stays around there. Are these temperatures good/okay? In my old case (with only 1 fan) my CPU would sometimes get up to 90+ when testing which is pretty bad, right?

80C Hot (100% Load)
75C Warm
70C Warm (Heavy Load)
60C Norm
50C Norm (Medium Load)
40C Norm
30C Cool (Idle)
Basically you don't want it anywhere above 80C. And above 90C can damage your components. So your pretty fine with your new case.

Great, thanks. Do you think any permanent damage was done when I tested with my old case when it went above 90 for a few minutes?

If it was for a few minutes, probably not.

The CPU doesn't get damaged that easily, if it is overheating long-term like say half a year or more, it could get damaged.
