Question are these specs enough to play games at good frames?

I am planning on buying a budget gaming pc when I get enough money. Do you think these specs are good enough to run GTA V or any other games at a good fps?

16GB

Yes its a prebuilt since I don't know how to build a pc, I might do something wrong. However, you asked me to tell you other specs. I believe you are talking about the motherboard and the power supply and the SSD. I am not sure which one will suit that spec mentioned above. I will appreciate it if you suggest a good one to me.

maybe you want to find a prebuilt with i3 10100F ones, it's much better.
