I'm wondering if it could play diablo 3 and league of legends on max graphics and be able to record it as well. note i have an external hard drive so that is not a problem

That system could play D3 and LoL on max settings easily, but if game performance is your highest priority, I'd suggest downgrading a few parts and using the money for a more powerful video card.

Liquid cooling does you no good in that system. You could use the boxed cooler on any of the i3 or G series processors. If you want quieter cooling, use

Nah, I would keep the CPU and the RAM, drop the liquid cooler and get an HD 6870
