Are these specs good to play games and video editing?

Hello, I'm not exactly familiar with the whole computing world, but I saw a computer on kijiji for $200.00 with these specs and I plan on playing Minecraft occasionally and doing video editing. Please give me some of your opinions on this being a good deal, etc.

CPU: Intel core duo e7200 (OC to 3.2 G)

Graphic card: Palit Nvidia GTX 260+ 216 sp (Processing Units)
Memory: 2 * 2G Kingston DDR2 800
Hard Drive: 2 * 160 G Seagate SATAII
Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower 700W with cable managment
Tower: Antec a600
DVD RW drive
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Edition 64-Bit.

It's great deal. You cannot get anything better for $200. Actually, windows Ultimate alone are worth $200 .

For gaming, the first one would be better, due to more powerful graphics card. For video rendering, the second is better due to better CPU.
